We’re now taking bookings for the club 2 day SDW event, which takes place on Saturday 21st & Sunday 22nd July. Please use the link below:

Below are the estimated costs for the weekend. Deposit payment of £40 per person must be made at the time of booking and is non-refundable.
Payments can be made via BACS (Cycle Seahaven, Lloyds TSB Bank plc, sort code 30-65-37, account no 22902360), in person in cash/cheque at Mr Cycles or by using mobile payment (payM) to 07788428082. Costs – Cost of event, to cover transport and accommodation at the YHA at Truleigh Hill will be approximately £90. Should there be any surplus remaining after minibus / petrol / accomodation costs are paid, Denis will distribute the remainder between club funds and the club charity of the year.
Transportation – Via minibus or Van, leaving Seaford at approximately 4.30am

Food and Drink
The YHA can prepare a 3 course supper for us for 7pm at a cost of approx £10. Alternatively you are welcome to get taxis to the local pub.
A cooked breakfast is available at the YHA for Sunday morning at a cost of £9.95. If you’d like to book breakfast please let us know when booking.
Allergies can be catered for if notified at time of bookings.
Celebratory drinks and food can be purchased at the pub on arrival in Eastbourne.
