Cycle Seahaven Wellbeing Team
Our Wellbeing Team aim to provide a friendly route for members to air concerns/worries, or share positive care/encounters relating to their wellbeing. It originated after members own successful connecting experiences induced a belief that promoting wellbeing is more effective when we band together.
The Team comprises various professionals including former teachers, social care and health workers, and leaders from the popular WOW group, Women On Wheels. Their aim is to provide a listening space that is safe, respectful, non judgemental and confidential (if appropriate), and will endeavour to suggest signposting where necessary.
Wellbeing is associated with ‘an overall sense of ease encompassing social, emotional, physical and mental aspects of life’ and Cycle Seahaven considers connecting via cycling and/or discussion to be major contributory factors that influence our wellbeing positively. The Team can be found in person on many of the club rides or via The Wellbeing Team at Contact Us.
RWGPS Routes Library
RWGPS (Ride With GPS) is a mobile app for iPhone & Android that allows recorded rides to be uploaded & stored. CSH has a vast Club Ride Library of over 200 Routes & Tours available free to Members for viewing.
To access our Club Ride Library the RWGPS app will need to be downloaded onto your mobile phone or the web-page opened on a PC/Laptop at : https://ridewithgps.com.
The free basic version will allow CSH Members to enjoy premium features such as turn-by-turn spoken navigation, offline maps within the app, advanced turn notifications on Garmin files, PDF map and cue sheets for all Club Library Rides.

Loan Bikes
Cycle Seahaven has use of several loan MTB & Hybrid bikes available via cycling partners Sustrans.

Cycle Seahaven Trailer
CSH trailer is available for use by any Club Member and approved outside organisations.
It is capable of carrying 24 road bikes or MTB bikes, or a combination of both including 4 e-bikes. It will also accommodate 3” tyres & mudguards.

First Aid Packs for Members
Many ride leaders carry a first aid pack as photographed.
