Cycle Seahaven was formed in April 2009 by a small group of enthusiastic cyclists who had a vision of providing a cycle club for the Seahaven area.
After almost three years we are now proud to be part of an exciting growing number (almost 200 members) of cyclists who enjoy all types of cycling.
Here are just some good reasons and benefits of being a member:
- Our club promotes safe cycling it is a “green” healthy sustainable form of transport that just happens to be fun and enjoyable,whatever the weather.
- We are working closely with many local authorities to make cycling safer and more accessible routes for all cyclists.
- We are continually campaigning on behalf of our members to improve cycle routes in our area.
- We organise regular rides every week for Road and Off-Road cycling
- Members get emails alerts for all our rides
- Members can join our Google Group to communicate with other members for rides,bikes for sale,social etc.
We are most grateful for the help and support given by Rod Lambert at Mr Cycles,the cycle shop in Clinton Place (opposite the railway station) in Seaford. As a member you are entitled to a 10% discount on any purchase made from his shop.
The cost of membership is only £5 per annum and membership runs from 1st April each year.
