South Downs Way 3 Day Event: Booking Form

***Spaces are limited so don’t delay in sending your form.  Bookings will close on Friday 30th March OR when we are full (22 riders maximum)***

Below are the estimated costs for the weekend.  Payment for transportation (£36.50 per person) must be made at the time of booking and is non-refundable.

Payments can be made via BACS (Cycle Seahaven, Lloyds TSB Bank plc, sort code 30-65-37, account no 22902360), in person in cash/cheque at Mr Cycles or by using mobile payment (payM) to 07788428082.  Please contact Denis Bass if using payM to tell him what the payment is for. Transportation – (This has been calculated on a minimum number of 10 riders as such the costs may vary.  Less than 10 riders will mean costs will increase slightly.  More than 10 riders may mean costs will be lower depending on if we need a second mini-bus).

Cost of mini-bus to transport riders to Winchester

(Seaford to Winchester return trip approx 180 miles)

Total cost for transportation                                                        £365.00

Cost per person (based on 10 riders) is £36.50.  This is non-refundable and must be paid at the time of booking.

Accommodation (Accommodation costs can be cheaper if you are happy to share rooms with other riders).

Day 1 – Friday 8th June – Premier Inn, Winchester Road, Petersfield, GU32 3BS

Rooms can be booked on line.  Currently there is lots of availability however they do book up quickly so best to secure a room early.

Rooms are:  2 people £49.99 / 4 people £89.99 / 6 people £99.99

Once again we have been advised to book rooms earlier.  (Please see below notes on food relating to the YHA).

Food and Drink

There is a Beefeater next door to Premier Inn, Petersfield so we will be able to purchase dinner and a cooked breakfast once we are there.

The YHA can prepare a 3 course supper for us for 7pm at a cost of approx £10. Alternatively you are welcome to get taxis to the local pub.

A cooked breakfast is available at the YHA for Sunday morning at a cost of £9.95.  If breakfast is booked at same time you book your room they will give you a 10% discount on breakfast.

Allergies can be catered for if notified at time of bookings.

Celebratory drinks and food can be purchased at the pub on arrival in Eastbourne.
