Tai Chi Ride Sunday 16th September
Something different for next Sunday. This weeks ride combines a mtb ride with approximately 1.5hr of Tai Chi led by Jon Younghusband.
Jon will go over the basic exercises of tai chi. These include some important stretches, the stances and then depending on time we could do a small section of the form that Jon teaches (Yang Style) or some two person exercises.
Tai Chi is like a slow dance routine BUT don’t be fooled – these exercises are hard work, particularly on the legs!
As always helmets are required (for the ride). The ride is suitable for mtb bikes with knobbly tires.
so if you wear them please bring a pair of trainers with you and wear flexible comfortable clothing
