I reported in my last Chairman’s Chat that Jamie Simmons had asked to stand down as Dr Bike Lead, a request that I respect and equally take the opportunity of saying “A Big Thank You” to Jamie for all the work and success he has achieved in the past few years managing the team.
However, I am pleased to report that we have a volunteer in our friend and loyal club member for many years, Dave Geering, who has agreed to take over from Jamie. He has a lot of work to do but is willing to help.
We, the CSH Committee, are very grateful for the offer of help and we will provide whatever support is required to get him started.
