We have got off to a good start with the 2026 Dr Bike season under new leadership with Dave Geering at the helm. Firstly, it’s time to say a BIG “Thank You” to Dave for volunteering to take on this role. As they say, one volunteer is worth ten pressed men!!
However, it would be remiss of me not to mention the excellent work that Jamie Simmons has put into the management and development of Dr Bike over the past few years. Therefore, it gives me great pleasure to give Jamie a BIG “Thank You” for everything you have done and, more importantly, for continuing to support the Dr Bike activity.
Whist on this theme, a BIG “Thank You” to all the volunteers who work tirelessly to ensure we maintain our Dr Bike sessions. Every session is a credit to the team; we always improve the donations and equally sell donated bikes to members of the public who visit the stand. Well done all.
